Integrative Table & Ancient Thai Massage

 Integrative Table Massage is a blend of Lomi-Lomi, Structural re-alignment, passive stretching, Pranic healing and Reiki. The light rocking within the circular strokes of the Lomi-Lomi technique support deep relaxation, while the deep tissue work and stretching allows for increased circulation, re-alignment and muscle release. Brietta's massages are infused with Reiki and she spends time developing a relationship with her client's so she may offer self-healing techniques within the body's chakra system, as well as specific techniques to build strength and develop flexibility, as needed. Leaving her clients relaxed and attuned to their own abilities to self-heal.
Ancient Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor.  This style has been in practice for over 2,000 years with its roots in India.  Thai massage uses passive Yoga stretches, hands and feet to open energy lines and leaves the body energized and aligned.  Thai massage is very therapeutic and can support opening the lower back, hips, legs and feet.  The entire body is addressed and in Thailand they call it 'lazy man/woman yoga'. Brietta studied extensively with two different Thai Massage Master in Chaing Mai, Thailand in 2000.  Daily life as a student included chanting, worship and 50 hours of study each week for several months.  Brietta has felt the healing power and benefits of Thai Massage and invites you to come and experience a new pathway of receiving and restoring energetically and physically.
Cost:  $70  for 60 minutes or $90 for 90 minutes

Movement and Massage~ IN HOME

This package is for a group of people that would like to relax and feel nourished in the luxury of their own home. Brietta Leader is a massage therapist and movement facilitator for over 20 years. This package includes a 75 minute movement class based in yoga, mindfulness & dance to begin your day, followed by anywhere from 2-5 massage sessions.

Brietta's massages are an integrative blend of Lomi-Lomi, Structural Re-alignment and Thai stretching.  

Cost: $400 for a 75 minute movement class and 3 @ one hour massages within 20 miles of Sandpoint  If you would like to book more massages and/or longer sessions, please inquire and Brietta can give you the price difference.
