Are you ready to deepen your understanding of the Medicine of the 5 Elements within your body, energy, and relationships? 

This Fall, we invite you to the Breitenbush Retreat Center for an immersive experience that will awaken your creativity, embodiment, and connection to the sacred wild feminine. 

What Awaits You: - 

Artistry of the Expressive Body: Learn to become an artist of your own movement, exploring the depths of your expressive potential. We will develop an understanding of our fascial anatomy as a pathway to greater levity in your body and your spirit, so you can live into and expand your movement vocabulary. 

Wild Core Discovery: Unearth the untamed qualities of your wild core, fostering a deeper connection to your authentic self. Dance with the biomechanical landmarks and function of your core to hold posture integrity and wise movement patterns on and off the yoga mat.

Choreography, and Conscious Movement:  Engage in weaving choreography with conscious dance and yoga practices that honor your body’s innate wisdom. 

Remember your Sacred Wild Feminine: Through movement, meditation, ceremony and breathwork we spark our birthright of belonging, wholeness and discover our inner healer artist. 

Somatic Linguistics: We will flow from the microcosm to the macrocosm and embody meaningful metaphor and movement  to enhance your personal practice, creativity and teaching skills.

Program Overview: 

The Creative Empowerment retreat serves as a foundational experience for the WildCore™ Teacher Certification and Soma Flow 300 hr YTT Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to this pathway of embodiment, you are welcome.

Over the course of 6 transformative days, we will explore each of the 5 Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space. Each day will focus on the unique energy and qualities of one element. In support of this we will create a living nature mandala that will unfold throughout the whole experience. Learning to balance our elements, we can enhance our physical and energetic bodies, creating a harmonious connection to our chakra system and super charge our whole life.

Additional Training: Participants interested in furthering their journey can also explore our comprehensive 300-hour Ayurveda, Goddesses of Yoga, and Biomechanical Fascial Awareness Yoga Teacher Training.
